Q&A

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that helps release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Using light touch, CST works with the nervous system and craniosacral system—comprising the brain, spinal cord, and cerebrospinal fluid—to promote deep relaxation, ease pain, and release both physical and emotional blockages.

Who is CST for?

CST is for women who are carrying too much—stress, exhaustion, pain, or emotions that feel stuck. Whether you’re a mother, entrepreneur, or simply someone seeking peace, this is your time to slow down, reconnect, and receive. I am here to support you. You deserve this.

What happens in a session? What SHOULD I wear?

You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table for 45-60 minutes while I use light, intuitive touch to support your body’s natural rhythms. The experience is deeply relaxing, allowing your nervous system to reset. Wear soft, comfortable clothing so you can fully embrace the experience.

What will I feel during and after?

Every woman’s experience is unique. You may feel warmth, gentle movement, or deep stillness. Some release stored emotions, while others simply feel lighter and more at ease. Your body continues to process the healing even after the session, inviting lasting shifts.

How many sessions do I need?

Healing unfolds in layers. Some feel a shift after one session, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll find what works best for you!

Can CST help with emotional and physical healing?

Yes. Your body holds onto stress, trauma, and emotions in ways you may not realize. CST creates space for release and renewal. You are not too broken to heal. Your body is wise—it just needs the right support.

Can CST be combined with other healing practices?

Absolutely. CST complements acupuncture, mental health therapy, chiropractic care, massage and more.
